You may return new unopened (unused) items, with the exception of custom fabricated items, within ten (10) calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at PRIOR to returning any items for an RMA number. Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be in the form of a store credit good toward any future purchase. Custom fabricated items not eligible for refunds. [Company Name] reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. You are responsible for payment of shipping charges for returned items.
